Ceviche is Peru's national dish - and is best served with a beer or a pisco sour.
Chef Ian Gatjens will showcase 5 different types of ceviche's to tantalise your taste buds for both the lunch and dinner service. Bar will stay open till late after kitchen closes at 8pm. DJ will be playing some lovely Deep House music after 8pm.
