These days, we all know that looking after ourselves should be one of our top priorities. Living Green Cafe
If you like your vegetables served with a side of vegetables, then Living Green Cafe should be your next go-to place. Nestled away on Rokeby Road near the Regal Theatre, the cafe offers a self-service salad bar as well as sensational DIY acai bowls, wraps, smoothies and all things clean and green.

Life can often get us bent out of shape for all sorts of reasons. Yoga is an awesome way to reverse that state by helping to lower blood pressure, improves muscle tone and, well, just relax. Beyondbeing are a happy bunch of qualified yoga teachers who run different styles of classes for all kinds of people, from beginners to baby boomers.

The Polar Room
Cryotherapy is currently enjoying a renaissance in Australia. Originating from Egypt in 2500BC, the body is exposed to cold temperatures in order to help treat inflammation, aches and injury. The Polar Room offers a range of treatment options, including polar facials and whole body cryotherapy.

This funky little store is pretty much a one-stop shop for all things healthy. A full-service mix of wholefood store and organic cafe, it’s packed with everything you could possibly want for wholesome, healthy eating. They’ve just undergone a renovation too, so be sure to pop in and check out what they’ve been up to of late.

Core Focus Pilates
If you find yourself slouched over a computer desk or standing in a shop all day, then pilates is a great way to recalibrate your body and return it to its correct alignment. By increasing mobility and flexibility, it also has the side benefit of improving stamina, posture and overall balance.

For all things healthy and happy, the inaugural Subi Wellness Festival is coming to Subiaco in March. With a huge range of offerings from health, wellness and fitness experts to food and market stalls courtesy of Ecoluxe, this free event is a fab way to kick-start a new season, and a new you.
