Good old reliable Lords! At Lords, they believe that yoga really is a personal journey of awareness and transformation. It is a time to reinstate our natural ability to heal the body and calm the mind. There are different intensity options on offer; attendees can enjoy the class at their own level. Lords run their class every Monday at 5:15pm for 60 minutes.
