In honour of our national celebration, those crazy cats at Whisk Creamery have reinvented an Aussie classic in a way that’s perfect for a hot Perth summer. Layering coconut gelato, lamington sponge cake and raspberry jam inside a chocolate and coconut shell, their Lamington Cake Gelato Pop is pretty much an edible Australia Day celebration on a stick.
