Below & Above

Below & Above truffiere and vineyard is located in the Southern Forest Region (Pemberton). They  curate an enchanting synergy: the cultivation of black winter truffles (tuber melanosporum) BELOW the earth’s surface, and ABOVE ground, the artful production of limited batches of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Merlot, under the esteemed guidance of renowned winemaker Bruce Dukes. Their wines are characterized by modern restraint and elegance.

A dedication to holistic agricultural practices defines their ethos. They are all about soil health and want to leave the land in a better way then they found it. Through their meticulous cultivation methods, they achieve a truffle of aroma and flavour, a testament to their unwavering commitment to quality. The limited truffle season graces us from early June to August, that encapsulates the essence of Pemberton’s natural beauty and biodiversity.

Join them in experiencing the finest of what lies both Below&Above the ground.
