The use of sugar, eggs and starch is minimised in order to enhance the flavours of the key ingredients, be they fruit, chocolate or nuts. Louis’ presentation of the finished product is sophisticated, unique and guided by the principle “as delicious as it looks”. They offer a large selection of cakes and delicacies, each with an exquisite taste and elegant presentation that serves as an expression of the chef.
