New Restaurant Bacco Brings Modern Italian Dining to Shenton Park

There’s been a minefield of mythology in Shenton Park around the old Galileo Buona Cucina site since Vincenzo Soresi left the building. But now we can happily report that it is no myth that a hospitality legend is happily ensconced in the Onslow Road restaurant with a brand-new name – Bacco – in Shenton Park.

Alessandro Stoccuto, best known for his time at Perugino, Nolita and for the past seven years John Street Cafe in Cottesloe – is delighted to be bringing his Mediterranean cuisine turned out by chef Paolo D’esposito, who has stints at Wildflower and Shorehouse on his resumé.

And with the restaurant named after the Roman God of wine, vintage and vices, we know we’re all in for a very good time.
