Il Locale Pizza Masterclass ($60)
From the dough to the decorating, learn the tricks of the pizza-making trade from our local masters. Get your hands dirty kneading dough, achieve the perfect ‘crust to sauce to toppings’ ratio, and fire your creation until it’s ready to be devoured. You’ll leave with your own pizza to enjoy and a $20 voucher for your next meal at Il Locale.
Martini Masterclass ($85)
Master the martini in true European fashion at Spirit of Little Things! Enjoy a drink on arrival and scrumptious grazing platters to nibble on whilst you get the ultimate martini-making demonstration. Learn to infuse olives for the perfect dirty martini or pickled onions for a zesty garnish, and take your personalised bottle home.
Limoncello Masterclass ($85)
By popular demand, a second session of our previously sold out Limoncello Masterclass is now available! Start with a G&T and grazing platter, then create your perfect Limoncello base with Spirit of Little Things. You’ll add your signature twist with infused syrups such as lemon myrtle and strawberry gum, and take your personalised bottle home.

Lums Wine Battle ($75)
Love the thrill of a competition? This European-style wine affair will take you on a guided tasting of six European wines, three produced locally by experimental wine producers LS Merchants and three produced in Europe. Which will be your champion? Sip your way through and find out.
Spritz a la French ($25)
Soak up the afternoon sun at this charming French-themed soirée at Mistelle. As the live French band serenades you, watch the sun go down with a refreshing spritz in hand and freshly shucked oysters to indulge in. A selection of exquisite French wines and bar snacks will also be around to tempt your tastebuds.
Champagne and Chardy Shindig ($99)
Join Juanita’s for a tasting experience featuring five exceptional wines – two Champagnes and three Chardonnays – each perfectly paired with a curated snack to enhance the flavours. This legendary Subi institution is renowned for its in-house parfaits, terrines and charcuteries – so you know you can’t go wrong.
Bands and beats
Good Nights with Great Gable ($30 – $50)
Live music lovers can’t miss the latest collab from Good Nights! Catch acoustic duo Great Gable unplugged at Postal Walk, with drinks available from the bar and plenty of delicious European food options nearby. Pack a picnic rug and a comfy cushion and you’ll be all set for a night under the stars.
Club L’Orange ($56)
Get the girls together for a retro-chic night blending classic house party jams with refreshing Italian spritz cocktails! Set against a warm sunset background at Refuge Small Bar, this night is dedicated to groovy vibes from a golden decade, featuring three delicious cocktails and live DJs on the deck.
