Owners Sumie and Rief Gilbert have brought something really new to ONE Subiaco, offering a taste of Asia in every burger bite. The star attraction on the menu is their Ozrif Signature Burger, a fusion of juicy beef patties with Indonesian – Malaysian spices and garnishes.
The couple also promise to deliver classic cheeseburgers with quality ingredients sourced from local farms and suppliers.
