Roam Subiaco Instore Competition - Linneys Subiaco

Information on how to enter and the competition prize form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. WHO CAN ENTER?

Subject to the clauses below, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia who have fulfilled the requirements set out below (‘Eligible Entrants’):
  1. Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, related entities, associated agencies and companies, contractors or individuals are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
  2. Any entrant who is under the age of 18, as of the date of entry, is not eligible to enter this competition.
  3. Any entrant who does not reside in WA with a valid residential address, is not eligible to enter this competition.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period (defined below):
  1. Visit the Linneys Subiaco store at 37 Rokeby Rd, Subiaco
  2. Complete the competiton entry form, hosted through Google Forms, available for entry on the Linneys iPad in store. 

NUMBER OF ENTRIES PERMITTED

Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is valid and is associated with a qualifying activity.

OPEN, CLOSE, DRAW AND PUBLISH DATES

The competition commences on Friday 7th August 2020 at 9am and closes Friday 21st August 2020 at 5pm (‘Promotional Period’). All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are AWST (Australian Western Standard Time). The Prize listed below will be drawn on the listed date by the promoter. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time to be eligible.

The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random by The Promoter at Level 1, 140 Hay St Subiaco 6008. The winner will be notified by email on Monday August 24th. The winner’s name will also be published on the See Subiaco Facebook and Instagram pages. 
The prizes will be collected in person from the Linneys store in Subiaco, by the winner after showing photo ID.  

The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions or is not contactable within 21 days of the competition draw.

PRIZES

  1. The total number of competition winners in this competition is one (1).  
  2. There is one prize: 1 x 18ct gold Australian South Sea pearl studs 
  3. The prize is valued at $720
  • The Winner must respond to the Promoter by the specified date as above, in order to claim the Prize.
  • The total prize pool is valued at $720
  • The Prize must be taken as provided, unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.  
  • The Prize is subject to change and availability. The Promoter and the Prize Supplier must approve any requests for changes
  • The Prize may be redeemed at a time and date suitable to both the winner and to Promoter.
  • The Prize is non-transferable. No compensation will be payable by the Promoter or related entities if a Winner, is unable to use any element of the Prize as stated for whatever reason. The Winner forfeits any part of a Prize that is not taken for any reason.
  • The Promoter, Prize Supplier and related agencies and companies take no responsibility for any changes in prize value.

Any entrant found to have used a third party (including online competition entry site) to enter on their behalf will have all entries invalidated and any claim they have to any prize will be invalidated. If such an entrant is awarded the prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return the prize awarded. The Promoter makes all reasonable efforts to deliver prizes to the addresses provided by competition entrants. The prizes will be distributed via mail, to the winners’ addresses, once supplied by the winner via email.

2. There are three (3) prizes: $50 voucher to use at a business of the winners choice located in the City of Subiaco. 
3. Each individual prize is valued at $50.

  • The Prize must be taken as provided, unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.

The winner’s names will also be published on the See Subiaco social pages. The prizes will be distributed via mail, to the winners’ addresses, once supplied by Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message.

  • The Winner must respond to the Promoter by the specified date as above, in order to claim the Prize.
  • The total prize pool is valued at $125
  • Winners will be supplied a gift voucher for a coffee shop at random. 
  • The Prize must be taken as provided, unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.  
  • The Prize is subject to change and availability. The Promoter and the Prize Supplier must approve any requests for changes
  • The Prize may be redeemed at a time and date suitable to both the winner and to Promoter.
