Freshly baked in store, their bagels aren’t just good – they’re the best you’ll find. Their regular loaded bagel menu includes classics like the PB&J and Lox as well as signature original combos like the Bronsalini (bacon, spring onion cream cheese, free range egg, chill honey and hashbrown) and the Gina (mortadella, salame rossa, la delizia mozzarella, tomato, rocket, pickled onion, pesto and Russian dressing). They also feature regular specials – recent favourites include the El Chapo (Mexican chorizo patty, pico de pina, chipotle crema, iceberg lettuce, tex mex cheese and chicharones) and the Popeye (snapper fish ‘fingers’, celeriac and herb remoulade, thousand island dressing, pickled red onions, shoestring fries and crispy capers). Yep, it’s all contained within the bagel. Be prepared to get messy.
