Following its success in Scarbs, Il Locale, the beloved pizzeria, has opened its doors in Subiaco. The restaurant has gained popularity among locals for its unique combination of premium D.O.P ingredients, local produce, and three-day fermented dough, resulting in magical Neapolitan pizzas.
The Subiaco spot reflects the same lo-fi, pared-back vibes as the original store, using the same premium wood-fired oven straight from Italy to ensure the quality and authenticity of the pizza.
In addition to the delicious menu, the Subiaco location now serves pizza pies for lunch and will feature an outdoor terrace that can seat 40 to 50 pizza lovers in the coming months.
