Shui, a new restaurant in Subiaco, features a collaboration between renowned Chef Leigh Power, who has worked at The Old Synagogue, The Beaufort, Ginger Boy, and Sweetwater Rooftop Bar, and Benny Tua, a talented bar expert who has worked at Mechanic’s Institute, The Old Synagogue, Sweetwater Rooftop Bar, and El Grotto.

The menu contains delectable modern Asian cuisine, including pad krapow tofu, Malaysian Kapitan curried duck legs, miso butter roast shallots and shichimi spiced tempura okra. 

The stunning interiors of Shui, designed by renowned architect Rachel Feldhusen include a 24-carat bar to an extravagant crane ceiling.
