Hickson House Distilling Co are heading over from Sydney, bottles of gin in tow, for a shucking good time.
Hickson House will be shouting gins and mini martinis until the tab runs out. The usual Lums menu will be available and Chef Zac will be shucking oysters to his heart’s content.
Lums will also also have a special Martini menu with matching Oysters starring Hickson House’s award-winning gins…
