The Winter Reset session combines immersive VR nature therapy with live EEG neurofeedback, all guided by a registered clinician. The experience includes a 15-minute consultation to understand individual goals, a 20-minute guided VR immersion with music and breathwork designed to calm the nervous system, and a 10-minute neurofeedback session where clients can see their brainwave activity in real time and learn how to self-regulate.
