Beloved French eatery Mistelle Bistro has reopened in Shenton Park.
This fully licensed restaurant boasts a menu inspired by French countryside bistros – approachable and delicious, brought to life in a modern Australian setting. Their charming, cosy venue offers a relaxed dining experience with a touch of luxury, perfect for casual get-togethers and special occasions.
Led by owner Benoît Lasplace (formerly of Rockpool and Print Hall), Mistelle sources the best produce from around WA to reimagine the dishes from his childhood in France.
Mistelle has been recognised with the Chef’s Hat Award for three years in a row from the Australian Good Food Guide – a coveted independent recognition.
Their desire is to be a neighbourhood affair – as Lasplace describes, “Not a special-occasion restaurant, but somewhere people can return each week for an elevated experience at an affordable price.”
You can find this quaint little gem on Nicholson Road, Shenton Park.
