For Mother’s Day, guests are invited to raise a glass to Mum in true Lums style.
The restaurant is hosting a relaxed long lunch with two sittings, built around three courses of Spanish‑inspired dishes and a glass of prosecco on arrival for $90 per person.
A generous line‑up comes from the kitchen to start, including La Delizia burrata with peach, smoked almonds, rocket and sherry reduction, alongside tiger prawns with romesco, charred peppers and confit garlic.
Mains feature Tixturra chorizo with corn purée and onion chimichurri, served with share‑style sides for the table. These include charred broccolini with iberico ham, garlic and parmesan, plus patatas bravas with kipfler potatoes and spicy sobrassada.
To finish, dessert is a strawberry Basque cheesecake with white chocolate ganache, raspberry and strawberry coulis.
Two sittings are available: 11.30am to 1.30pm and 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
Wine pairings will be available on the day.
Bookings essential.
For the evening, we’re going a la carte, so you can make it just the way Mum likes it.
