Subi Spritz: Full Menu of Mouth-Watering Events

Subi Spritz is Back: 4 Days of European Food, Wine & Festivities in Subiaco

Subiaco’s much-loved European-inspired foodie festival, Subi Spritz, presented by See Subiaco, returns from 26–29 March, bringing four days of incredible food, wine and lively street-style celebrations to the heart of Subiaco.

With over 20 events on the program, Subi Spritz invites Perth foodies to sip, snack and explore Subiaco through long lunches, hands-on masterclasses, wine tastings and aperitivo sessions inspired by Europe’s most loved culinary traditions.

Expect the return of crowd favourites like the Conti Roll Contest, alongside exciting new experiences and a special Subi Night Market x Subi Spritz collaboration.

Kick Off in Style – Thursday 26 March

The festival launches with a rich line-up of events across Subiaco.

At Intuition Wine & Kitchen, guests can enjoy An Italian Crafted Pairing Journey — a five-course Italian and French-inspired menu paired with matching wines curated by renowned distributor Dave Mullen.

Also returning on opening night is the much-loved Conti Roll Contest, where popular Perth sandwich spots go head-to-head for the title of best conti roll.

Wine lovers can also head to Lums for Wine Battle Vol. 4, as the Subiaco favourite teams up with Flowstone and Somos for a European-style wine affair featuring six European wines and Italian grazing boards.

Learn from the Masters

Subi Spritz is serving up two hands-on workshops for those keen to learn new skills.

Cheese lovers can join the La Delizia Burrata Masterclass at Bar Amelie, where La Delizia Latticini will demonstrate how to make their signature burrata. After the workshop, guests can enjoy a burrata bar with 90 minutes of free-flowing Howard Park wines.

For something a little zestier, the Limoncello Masterclass hosted by Little Things Distilling Co. teaches guests how to craft the perfect limoncello base, before adding a personal twist using infused syrups.

Wine, Oysters & Celebrations

Wine aficionados are invited to celebrate 40 years of Howard Park Wines at the Riesling & Cabernet Masterclass, an intimate guided tasting showcasing two of WA’s most expressive varieties.

Howard Park Wines will also host Jeté & Jerry, where Perth’s King of Oysters Jerry Fraser teams up with Howard Park Wines State Manager Gerome Vaughan for a sparkling wine and oyster masterclass.

Long Lunches the European Way

Embrace the European tradition of long, leisurely lunches with several indulgent options:

  • The Basque Long Table at Lum’s for a Spanish-inspired feast

  • European Long Lunch at The Unicorn Bar, journeying through four regions of Europe

  • Champagne, Chardonnay et Charcuterie at La Bastide, showcasing classic French flavours

For those who prefer to explore at their own pace, the Subi Culinary Crawl lets diners sample Subiaco’s best across multiple venues, while Vino & Cichetti offers a self-guided Venetian-inspired bar hop available every day of the festival.

Aperitivo, Parties & Night-Time Vibes

No spritz festival would be complete without aperitivo.

  • Juanita’s and Friends: Aperitivo Club promises bold drinks, inventive bites and Euro DJ beats, hosted by Luke Foyle (Juanita’s), Blaze Young (Nieuw Ruin) and Drew Dawson (Off Licence).

  • Over at Mistelle Bistro, L’Apéro du Quartier delivers a chic French-style apéro hour featuring a classic sharing board paired with a refreshing spritz.

Finish Strong – Saturday 29 March

Subi Spritz wraps up with Euro Sunday Sesh, as WA hospitality heavyweights Ben Ing (FOUND, Si Paradiso) and Ben Jacob (Masseria, Cherubino, Cherubino City Cellar) join forces for a flavour-packed food and beverage collaboration celebrating the best of European and West Australian influences.

Subi Spritz runs from 26–29 March across Subiaco.
