¡España en Lums! First stop: Galicia

This winter, Lums is transporting diners to the sunnier shores of Spain with its new Spanish summer series. First stop: Galicia, bringing coastal flavours to the table with two dishes with matching wines.

$30 per dish, including wine pairing. Available Wednesday & Thursday throughout July.

Modern octopus Gallego with ’nduja emulsion, crispy chips, sweet corn purée and basil oil, paired with a glass of Finca Fella Cala Rey Tempranillo Syrah.

Gambas Gallegas with tiger prawns, shallot crème fraîche, paprika oil and chilli strips, matched with Cuatro Rayas Organic Verdejo.
