
Below & Above is a family-owned estate in Western Australia’s Southern Forests, dedicated to producing exceptional land to table offerings. The estate cultivates prized Tuber melanosporum black winter truffles at its truffière in Smithbrook near Manjimup, alongside small batch cool climate wines from its vineyard in Pemberton.
During truffle season, from June to August, fresh black winter truffles are available directly from the Subiaco Truffle HQ, Wednesday to Friday mornings or by appointment. Each truffle is estate grown, hand harvested, carefully graded, and produced without pesticides or synthetic chemicals.
