Born and raised in the south-west of France, they bring their regional roots to the table, blending tradition with the finest local ingredients.
Inspired by countryside inns and lively French tables, they carry with them the rich background of French gastronomy. Every month, they showcase a dish from a different French region, celebrating the diversity of their culinary heritage. From poulet basquaise to a comforting blanquette de veau, everything is made with care, generosity, and a true French touch.

Every SaturdayJoin Mistelle Bistro every Saturday for a relaxed and indulgent lunch experience with a formule set menu! Choose from a two course ($62-$65) or three course option ($69), with rotating specials from different French regions. Each menu also includes a free aperitif – choose from Prosecco, wine, beer or a soft drink. Book your seat from 12pm – 3pm!
L’Apéro à Mistelle
Mistelle‘s terrace space is the perfect place to unwind with good company and refreshing drinks. Enjoy $15 glasses of Pommery Champagne and $12 Spritzes between 4 – 6pm, plus delicious charcuterie boards and bar snacks to share!
