Celebrate Mother’s Day with a fun and creative afternoon as part of Subi Blooms x Gather by local artist Emma Benichou.
IN BLOOM is a special Slow Sundays workshop inviting mothers, grandmothers, carers and loved ones to slow down and create side by side with the children in their lives.
Held in the iconic pink Earthwise building in Subiaco, this two-hour guided experience offers a rare opportunity to pause, connect, and make something meaningful together.
Inspired by the forms, colours and textures of Subi Blooms florals, participants will be gently guided through a process of observation, drawing, and painting. Beginning with a short grounding exercise and a playful drawing activity, the session unfolds into a guided painting experience using gouache paint on fine art paper.
Each participant will create their own unique artwork to take home. All materials are provided, along with tea and light refreshments.
No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down, explore, and enjoy the process. Suitable for all ages 5+
