Welcome to Western Australia’s biggest, most breathtaking display of floral artistry. Subi Blooms x Gather returned in 2026 for another enchanting edition, transforming the streets of Subiaco into a living floral fantasy illuminated by light.

Nature, illuminated

Across three captivating days, Subiaco will burst into a blooming landscape of light, colour and sensation. Presented by See Subiaco and Gather: A Floral Community, this award-winning festival features a trail of over 15 floral installations, united under the theme Flora Aurora. A celebration of light as nature’s essential life force, the trail includes collaborative showcases and luminous public art, with a new after-dark experience. From dawn, to dusk, to the moonlit night, this is Subi Blooms x Gather like you’ve never seen it before.

An immersive inflatable art installation by artist Matthew Aberline with The Beautiful and Useful Studio.

Urban Art in Bloom: Subi Blooms Tour

A daytime guided walking tour through the Subi Blooms x Gather installations and Subi’s mural art.

Urban Art in Bloom: Subi Blooms Sundowner Tour

A twilight guided walking tour through the Subi Blooms x Gather installations and Subi’s mural art.

Lotterywest Community Hub

A family-friendly community zone with facepainting, craft, bubbles, story time, special visits from the Freedom Fairies & more.

Gather Village

A bustling community marketplace with exclusive merch, fresh flower posies, live music, a pop-up bar, bites from Bar Amelie & more.

Native Foliage Headpiece Workshop

A free, all-ages floristry workshop using native foliage with artists Nat Tonkin and Nicky Brennan at Earthwise.

The Light Within

Experience The Light Within, an immersive inflatable art installation by artist Matthew Aberline with The Beautiful and Useful Studio. From 17 April to 10 May, Market Square Park will be transformed into a glowing landscape of giant, floral lanterns that illuminate after dark.
